-How do I set up an appointment to view a property?

Send us an email at postmergerllc@gmail.com about which property you would like to view and when you would like to view it. If it’s available, we’ll get back to you with some possible times and work with you to set something up! Make sure to include the unique number ID for which property you would like to see so we know which one you are interested in (Example: 0475, 0166, etc.).

-Do you require an application fee?

Yes, we require an application fee of $35.

-Do your properties allow pets?

Small pets will be considered. No animals allowed with behavioral issues or aggressive tendencies.

-Do you require background checks?

Yes. There is a $100 fee associated with this.

-Does the monthly rent include utilities?

No.

-If I’m interested in a property, but it is unavailable, what can I do?

Check back monthly to see if the status changes, or email us to check for any upcoming vacancies if you have a specific moving date to inquire about. You can also follow us on Facebook to stay updated on our properties!
